Angelique Eliopoulos

Attorney Angelique M. Eliopoulos has been with the firm since its inception in 2000 and became a partner in 2008. Angelique received her undergraduate degree from The College of the Holy Cross and her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School.

Since Angelique joined her brother Philip, she has grown her career as a general practitioner, focusing on Real Estate, Estate Planning and Elder law, Estate Administration and Business Law. She and Philip also often represent clients in front of all town regulatory boards for zoning and licensing issues. Angelique has assisted the firm in successfully litigated cases in the state courts involving diverse matters including estate contests, construction litigation and business litigation.

In addition, Angelique is also heavily involved with the Massachusetts Juvenile Courts, acting as a court appointed Guardian ad Litem and Court Investigator. Until recently she practiced mostly in the Middlesex Juvenile courts in Lowell and Cambridge, but recently was accepted by the Essex district to accept cases out of the Salem, Lawrence and Newburyport Courts. She is most often appointed to serve as guardian concerning the child’s best interest, with regard to waiver of the child’s psychotherapist-patient privilege, as a Rogers guardian monitoring their antipsychotic medication, or with regards to their educational needs.

Angelique is an active member of her community. She has been a member of the Chelmsford Rotary Club. She also has served as Secretary on the Board of Director’s at the Chelmsford Paul Center for Learning and Recreation, which provides educational, recreational and social opportunities for young people with special needs. She is a member of Westford, MA BNI Chapter, and has been a Town Meeting Representative for the Town of Chelmsford. Angelique also helped run her church’s local community kitchen and has provided pro bono services to several community organizations, including The Paul Center for Learning and Recreation, the Andrew J. Zabierek Foundation and The Merrimack Valley Housing Partnership.
